All-Star Electronic Security's roots actually go back a long way. It begins with Gary Wolfelt and Wolfelt Electronic Security Systems in 1972. In 1972 Gary Wolfelt opened doors on one of the very first electronic based alarm company in Lafayette and Tippecanoe County. He built this company from scratch, with not much more than an old van, tools, and the will to learn how it all worked. He also started the first local 24 hour a day monitoring center to dispatch fire and police departments. Wolfelt's continued to grow until 1999, when Gary decided to sell off sold off his accounts looking to retire. However, after a couple years, it became apparent that Gary, his pervious employees, and many of his pervious clients did not like the this new company. So in 2004, Gary and three of his previous employees (like me, Casey Ratcliff, our current President) went back into business as All Star Electronic Security systems. However, this time we were not just employees, but equal business partners with Gary. We took back our original location at 812 Main Street downtown Lafayette and steadily regained our old customers and have of course gain countless many new customers over the past 22 years.

Over the years, our team has worked with hundreds of homeowners and business leaders in the Lafayette, Indiana area. We love helping people feel safe in their home or office — and letting them enjoy time away without worrying.
